First Practice / Tryout Schedule

Monday, August 18, 2025   Must be cleared and have a valid sports physical on file.

Online Registration

• All athletes must register for the upcoming season on Snap! Manage.
• Please use an existing account if you have one.
• For 9th graders, your student ID number is the same as middle school if you attended in Hillsboro School District
• If you attend a private school or are homeschooled, please enter 000000 as your student ID

Physical Examination Form

• An updated physical form must be turned in prior to the start of the athletic season.
• Physicals are good for two years from the examination date

Free and Reduced Lunch

• Students who qualify for free and reduced lunch may be granted waivers/reductions
• Please fill out the application for free and reduced lunch, if you qualify, and bring the filled out form to the Bookkeepers Office, or email it to baileya@hsd.k12.or.us.
• If finances are a barrier, please reach out to the Athletic Director, Michelle Gray or Bookkeeper, Amanda Bailey.
