Century Choir Performs at Carnegie Hall
Earlier this month, Century High School Choir students traveled to New York City to perform in a mass choir in Carnegie Hall Students had an amazing experience exploring the city including seeing Hadestown on Broadway, a tour of Broadway theaters, walking through Times Square, Central Park and bonding with other student singers from California, Iowa and Washington D.C. The mass choir of 139 performed Joseph Haydn's Nelson Mass in D Minor, which was co-conducted by Century Choir Director Jason Sabino and accompanied by a full professional orchestra and distinguished soloists. Scroll down to see photos, as well as a 30-second clip of the performance at Carnegie. What an amazing hands-on experience for all!
